Equipping Young Men to Live for Christ and Serve with Skill
At His Workmanship Academy, we believe discipleship is more than knowledge—it’s a way of life. Rooted in Ephesians 2:10, our mission is to raise up young Christian men who not only know God’s Word but also live it out with integrity, service, and practical skill.
Our Purpose
[Jesus said,] Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
We are a Christian missionary family serving in Mexico, called to share the love of Christ in our community and beyond. Jesse, a skilled tradesman and devoted follower of Jesus, has a special calling to walk alongside young men as they grow in faith, character, and purpose. Our vision is to create a Christ-centered environment where discipleship, trades training, and local outreach come together to produce well-rounded men of God—prepared to build homes, lead families, and serve communities rooted in truth.

We believe true discipleship transforms the whole person. Through intentional study of God’s Word, real-life service, and hands-on training in trades, we aim to support the growth of these young men to foster responsibility, discipline, and godly character.
Our goal is not only to develop excellent craftsmanship—but to form disciples who are firmly rooted in God’s truth and committed to glorifying Him in all they do.
You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.
As 2 Peter 3:17-18 reminds us, we are called to stand firm in our faith and grow in Christ, be vigilant and aware of the spiritual battles around us. In this program, we intentionally create an environment where students can grow without the distractions and influences of the world. By keeping Christ at the center of both our learning and our work, we aim to equip students with practical trades skills while strengthening their faith.

It is God who guides and provides in His perfect timing and for His glory. We look to Him in prayer for wisdom and direction—both for our lives and for the students He brings to us.
